• Execute Fire Hydrant, Sprinkler & Fire Alarm/Detection projects
• Plan and manage project schedules & timelines
• Coordinate with clients/consultants for Drawings, BOQ & TDS approvals
• Supervise site installation, execution & commissioning
• Prepare/validate BOQ and project documentation
• Prepare & execute Pump Room SLD/Schematics
• Manage material planning, procurement & inventory
• Coordinate contractors & subcontractors
• Handle measurements, billing, payments & project closure
• Ensure safety compliance, work permits & site documentation
• Ensure compliance with IS, NBC & applicable fire safety codes
