Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and inquiries.
- Understand customer concerns and provide quick solutions.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, services, and complaints.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Ensure a positive and professional customer experience.

Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Friendly and qualified attitude.
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
- Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
