About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Assistant Coffee House Manager to support the Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the coffee house at our Bangalore Rehab Center.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Manager in daily coffee house operations.
- Ensure excellent customer service and proper customer interaction.
- Supervise café staff and ensure assigned duties are completed properly.
- Handle customer orders, billing, and cash transactions when required.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food-service standards.
- Monitor customer requirements and ensure timely service.
- Support inventory checking and stock management.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
- Assist in maintaining daily sales, expense, stock, and attendance records.




- Ensure proper coordination between café staff and Rehab Center operations.
- Support staff training and ensure discipline at the workplace.
- Take responsibility for smooth operations in the Manager's absence.

Candidate Requirements
- Education: Candidate must have completed Hotel Management or an equivalent hospitality-related qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in café, restaurant, hospitality, retail, customer care, or similar customer-facing roles.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling ability.
- Basic knowledge of billing, cash handling, inventory, and reporting.
- Well-presented, polite, responsible, and service-oriented.
- Ability to manage customers professionally and work effectively with a team.
- Candidates from Bangalore, Kolkata, or Manipur will be preferred.
