Document Verification Executive – Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Verify candidate documents such as Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, educational certificates, experience certificates, and other required documents.
- Check documents for accuracy, completeness, validity, and discrepancies.
- Cross-check candidate information with the details provided in applications and company records.
- Identify mismatched, incomplete, or suspicious information and report it to the concerned HR/Team Leader.
- Maintain proper records of verified documents and candidate details.
- Coordinate with candidates to collect missing or corrected documents.
- Update verification status in Excel, HR software, or company systems.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of candidate documents and personal information.
- Prepare daily/weekly verification reports.




- Coordinate with HR and recruitment teams regarding verification status.
- Perform other documentation and administrative tasks assigned by management.

Required Skills:
- Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
- Good attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle confidential documents responsibly.
- Basic knowledge of document verification procedures.
- Good typing and data-entry skills.

Qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

Experience: Freshers can apply; experience in HR, recruitment, documentation, or data verification is an advantage.

Work Type: Full time.

Pay: ₹13,029.55 - ₹17,553.13 per month
