You will sit where finance meets data, building the pipelines and analysis that make the numbers trustworthy. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Financial Data Analyst, you will turn messy financial data into clean, reliable insight, automating reporting and digging into the trends behind the numbers.

Key Responsibilities

Data & Automation
- Build and maintain queries, pipelines, and financial datasets
- Automate recurring reports and reduce manual work
- Ensure data quality, reconciliation, and consistency

Analysis & Insight
- Build dashboards that track revenue, cost, and key metrics




- Run deep-dive analysis to answer leadership questions

Ideal Candidate Profile
- 1 to 5 years in financial, data, or business analysis
- Hands-on with SQL and strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Comfortable working with large datasets and spotting patterns
- Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- Exposure to Python or scripting for data work
- A finance, analytics, or quantitative background
