Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop plant layouts for green field projects, ensuring efficient production processes and quality control.
- Candidate should be experienced in setting up canning and pet line required for beverage unit
- Collaborate with vendors to select suitable suppliers based on factors such as cost, reliability, and performance.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors through RFPs (Requests for Proposal) to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Oversee civil design aspects of factory construction, including structural engineering and material selection.
- Ensure compliance with project management principles throughout the entire lifecycle of beverage manufacturing facilities.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 10-20 years of experience in beverage consulting or related fields like factory operations, green field projects, plant design, vendor selection, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering from a reputed institution.
- Robust understanding of mechanical systems integration into overall plant operations; knowledge of industrialization processes an added advantage.
