Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and customer-friendly Cashier & Customer Service Executive to manage daily customer payments and support basic administrative work at our car service centre.

Key Responsibilities
- Collect payments from customers after completion of car servicing and repairs.
- Handle cash, UPI, card, and other payment methods accurately.
- Prepare and provide payment receipts to customers.
- Maintain daily records of customer payments and transactions.
- Assist customers with insurance claim forms and related documentation.
- Fill up insurance forms accurately based on customer and vehicle details.
- Take photocopies and print required documents.
- Organize and maintain customer invoices, receipts, insurance forms, and other documents.




- Coordinate with the service and insurance teams when required.
- Answer basic customer queries regarding billing and documentation.
- Ensure accurate and qualified handling of customer information and payments.

Requirements
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good numerical and cash-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and printing/photocopying.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Honest, reliable, and polite with customers.
- Previous experience in a car service centre, cashier, billing, insurance, or customer service will be preferred.

Working Hours

Full-Time | Daily

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
