Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Agent to join our sales team in Alpha 1, Greater Noida. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable residential and commercial properties, conducting site visits, and converting prospects into successful bookings.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calling, networking, references, digital platforms, and other sources.(Should be a dial minimum 40- 50 Customer)
- Contact prospective buyers and understand their property requirements and budget.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, amenities, location advantages, and available inventory.
- Arrange and conduct property/project site visits for customers.
- Follow up with leads regularly through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.
- Negotiate with customers and assist them through the booking and documentation process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, site visits, and sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.




- Develop strong relationships with customers and generate repeat/referral business.
- Stay updated on new projects, market trends, competitors, and property prices in Greater Noida.
- Coordinate with developers, channel partners, documentation teams, and management to complete transactions.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales preferred; freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Hindi and English communication skills preferred.
- Strong customer-handling and follow-up abilities.
- Target-oriented, confident, energetic, and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of Greater Noida/Noida real estate market is an advantage.
- Ability to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM and WhatsApp is preferred.

Compensation
- Fixed salary: ₹15,000–₹25000 per month
