Shadowfax is looking for a Business Analyst to drive profitability, operational efficiency, productivity, and scalable growth across our Dark Store Management business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive P&L; tracking and profitability improvement initiatives
• Identify cost leakages and operational inefficiencies
• Analyze revenue drivers and improve contribution margins
• Monitor manpower productivity and workforce utilization
• Build dashboards and track business, operational, and financial KPIs
• Conduct root-cause analysis and recommend actionable improvements
• Support strategic projects, budgeting, forecasting, and network optimization

Experience: 24 years in Business Analytics, Strategy, Operations Excellence, Consulting, Supply Chain Analytics, or Finance.

Key Skills:
SQL | Advanced Excel | Financial Modelling | Power BI/Tableau/Looker/Metabase | Business Analytics | Stakeholder Management

Preferred experience: Quick Commerce, E-commerce, Retail, Warehousing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Dark Store Operations.
