Role & responsibilities
- Handle in-store sales and customer interaction
- Assist with daily store operations and visual merchandising
- Support marketing activities and promotions
- Create creatives and content for social media in-store and our website
- Communicate with customers online and offline ( website , social media)
- Knowledge of Canva and Adobe Photoshop
- Ability to create basic marketing creatives and posts
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 1 year experience in marketing
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Proficient in MS Excel & Word
- Comfortable using social media platforms & apps ( Canva, Photoshop )
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Interest in retail, branding, and sales
