Job Summary:

Team Lead – Quick Commerce will play a key role in ensuring seamless operational execution, client satisfaction, and team scalability in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role involves collaborating closely with top clients, leading and training junior operations teams, setting up effective processes, maintaining detailed documentation, and contributing valuable insights for building and improving the company’s tech stack. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, process-oriented, and capable of thriving in the dynamic world of quick commerce, where agility, precision, and speed are critical.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Management & Relationship Building

● Work closely with top clients (brands, aggregators) to understand operational requirements and ensure exceptional service delivery.

● Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, managing escalations and resolving issues promptly.





● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client expectations and improve overall satisfaction.

2. Team Development & Scaling

● Mentor, train, and support junior team members to ensure high productivity and adherence to operational standards.

● Develop training modules, SOPs, and onboarding materials to streamline team growth and efficiency.

● Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.

3. Process Setup & Optimization

● Build and standardize operational processes for fulfillment, inventory, last-mile delivery, and client coordination.

● Identify gaps or inefficiencies and implement automation or process improvement initiatives.

● Work closely with the leadership team to align operations with business goals and scale sustainably.

4. Documentation & Reporting

● Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for operational workflows, SOPs, and service guidelines.
