Location: Ginger Hotel Agartala, an IHCL Brand

Experience Required: 3 to 5 Years
Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month

About the Role

Ginger Hotels, an IHCL brand, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support the Finance & Accounts function at our Agartala property. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience in financial processes, and proficiency in SAP.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting transactions and ensure accurate financial record keeping.
- Process vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain and update accounting data in SAP.
- Support audits by preparing required schedules and documents.




- Monitor ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare financial reports and MIS as required by management.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on finance-related matters.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Robust knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
- Hands-on experience working with SAP.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, vendor management, and reconciliations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy under deadlines.

Preferred Industry Experience
- Hospitality, Hotels, Retail, or Service Industry experience will be preferred.
