About the Role

We are looking for a trustworthy and customer-focused Relationship Manager Gold Appraiser to join our team in Pune. In this role, you will meet customers, evaluate gold jewelry purity, handle loan documentation, and ensure a smooth, secure gold loan process.

Key Responsibilities
- Gold Valuation: Visit customer locations or partner branches to inspect, weigh, and test gold purity accurately using standard evaluation tools.
- Customer Support: Explain the gold loan process clearly to customers and solve their queries with transparency.
- Documentation & Process: Complete customer verification, process loan paperwork, and handle gold handovers securely according to company guidelines.
- Relationship Building:



Provide a great service experience to encourage customer retention, renewals, and referrals.

What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Hands-on experience in gold testing, purity evaluation, and appraisal (prior work at Muthoot, Manappuram, IIFL, or banks is a strong plus).
- Vehicle & License: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for local movement across Pune.
- Communication Skills: Good local language (Marathi/Hindi) speaking skills to interact comfortably with customers.
- Integrity & Accuracy: Strong attention to detail and honest work ethics when handling high-value assets.
