- Verify PM-JAY beneficiary eligibility, Ayushman Card and required identity documents.
- Register patients and update case details in the PM-JAY/TMS portal.
- Prepare and submit pre-authorization requests with required clinical documents.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinical departments for treatment notes, investigations and medical records.
- Ensure correct PM-JAY package selection and billing as per applicable scheme guidelines.
- Prepare discharge billing and collect all required claim documents.
- Submit claims within prescribed timelines and maintain claim records
Pay: ₹10,029.55 - ₹14,000.00 per month
