Digital Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should understand social media, content marketing, lead generation, and digital advertising, with a strong interest in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage social media accounts and maintain a consistent brand presence.
- Plan, create, and coordinate engaging content including Reels, posts, stories, and videos.
- Run and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads for lead generation.
- Track campaign performance, leads, conversions, and ROI.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Monitor social media trends and implement new content strategies.
- Manage basic SEO, website content,



and online listings where required.
- Prepare regular performance reports and suggest improvements.

Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
- Good understanding of digital marketing and lead generation.
- Strong communication and copywriting skills.
- Creative mindset with an understanding of social media trends.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar tools is a plus.
- Real estate, luxury lifestyle, or performance marketing experience will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
