Role & responsibilities
Interior Designer
We are looking for a skilled Interior Designer / Interior Architect with robust design ability, product knowledge, and technical expertise.
Requirements:
- 2-5+ years of professional interior design experience.
- Strong skills in concept design, space planning, mood boards, and 3D visualization.
- Ability to develop detailed working drawings, including layouts, ceiling plans, flooring, electrical, elevations, sections, and joinery details.
- Excellent knowledge of interior materials and products such as tiles, stone, wood, laminates, veneers, hardware, lighting, furniture, and sanitaryware.
- Good understanding of construction methods and site execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray/Enscape, and Photoshop; Revit is an advantage.
- Ability to manage projects from concept development through detailed drawings and execution.
- Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
- Good vendor/product sourcing and budget awareness.
Candidates must have a strong portfolio demonstrating both creative design and technical drawing skills.
Preferred candidate profile
We are looking for a creative and technically strong Interior Designer with excellent design sense and strong knowledge of interior products, materials, and construction. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently developing projects from concept design to detailed working drawings and execution.
The candidate should have hands-on experience in space planning, concept development, material selection, 3D visualization, technical drawings, furniture/joinery details, and site coordination. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray/Enscape, and Photoshop is preferred.
Candidates with strong product knowledge, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, vendor coordination experience, and the ability to deliver practical, cost-effective designs will be preferred.
