We are looking for a Presales Associate who enjoys speaking to people, understands how to build relationships over the phone, and wants to eventually grow into a full-fledged sales role.

This is not a traditional real estate telecalling role where the objective is simply to generate a site visit.

At D’Quor Spaces Co., our customers are evaluating second homes, land investments and lifestyle properties. Your job is to understand their intent, educate them about the opportunity, nurture the relationship and ultimately get them to participate in a Virtual Consultation (VC) with our sales team.

The quality of the conversation matters more than the number of calls made.

What You Will Do
1. Build & Manage a Prospect Pipeline
- Work on inbound leads generated through digital marketing, referrals, databases and other channels.
- Make structured outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Reconnect with older and dormant prospects to identify renewed interest.
- Understand the customer's purpose, budget, location preference, investment horizon and decision-making stage.




- Maintain accurate prospect information and activity in the CRM.

2. Qualify Through Conversation

Your role isn't to push a brochure or immediately ask for a site visit.

You will learn to identify:
- Genuine second-home buyers
- Investment-focused prospects
- Holiday rental/Airbnb investors
- Long-term land investors
- Retirement and lifestyle buyers
- Customers who are simply exploring the market

The objective is to determine whether a prospect deserves a deeper conversation with our sales team.

3. Convert Prospects into Virtual Consultations

This is the primary outcome of the role.

You will introduce prospects to our Virtual Consultation format, explain why it is helpful, and secure a confirmed appointment.

The VC allows our team to take the customer through:
- The location and broader investment opportunity
- Project vision and masterplan
- Lifestyle proposition
- Investment potential
- Rental po
