What You'll Do
- Work on products end to end, from the initial problem through flows, wireframes, and final UI.
- Build prototypes in Figma to pressure-test ideas before anything gets built.
- Design within our design system, and help keep it consistent as it grows.
- Work closely with PMs and engineers so what gets designed actually ships well.
- Base your decisions on real user needs, and be ready to explain the reasoning behind them.
- Take feedback, iterate, and push designs to a high level of finish.
- Pitch in on usability testing and light research, and act on what you learn.

What We're Looking For
- Portfolio - This is the main thing we look at. Show us your process and your thinking, not just polished final screens.
- Some experience, internships included. 0-1 year overall.
- An internship or short stint at a strong product company (think CRED, Razorpay, Swiggy, Zomato, Flipkart, PhonePe, Groww, Uber, Google) counts for a lot.
- A design background. IIT/NIT/BITS (B.tech, B.Des, M.Des, or a related degree from a solid design or engineering college).
- Figma.



You know your way around it, auto-layout and components included. This one we do expect on day one.
- The visual basics. Type, spacing, grid, colour, hierarchy. Your layouts should look clean and deliberate.
- The UX basics. User flows, information architecture, wireframing, and prototyping.
- A feel for the platforms. You know how iOS and Android differ (HIG and Material) and how a design should adapt across screen sizes.
- Usability and accessibility fundamentals. Contrast, tap targets, legible text, the things that make an interface actually usable.

Nice to Have
- You have built or contributed to a design system before.
- You have some sense of how design decisions connect to product metrics.
- Motion or micro-interaction work in your portfolio.
- Hands-on with basic research methods like usability testing or personas.
