Responsibilities
- Inventory Management : Keep precise records of all incoming and existing products to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Staff Supervision : Manage warehouse employees, including hiring, training, and reviews.
- Safety and Compliance : Ensure all warehouse activities adhere to safety requirements and corporate rules.
- Equipment Maintenance : Ensure all warehouse equipment is properly maintained and operating well.
- Space optimisation : It entails optimising the organisation of warehouses and space utilisation for maximum efficiency.
- Quality Control : Use quality control procedures to reduce item errors and damage.
- The warehouse safety supervisor is in the next warehouse job role, which will ensure the safety of all employees,



even if it means taking a more hands-on approach than other supervisors.
- This may include reporting risky scenarios or instances where employees should wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and following up with warehouse personnel to ensure correct PPE use.
- Team Leadership : Lead and supervise a group of warehouse employees.
- Order Processing : Manage the choosing, packing, and shipping of orders.
- Operational Efficiency : Determine and execute process improvements for warehouse operations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
