About the Role

Saanvi Nexus Global Talent Solution is looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager / Executive to drive client acquisition and revenue growth across India and international markets.

You will be responsible for independently identifying prospects, generating leads, connecting with decision-makers, developing client relationships, generating recruitment requirements, presenting solutions, negotiating commercials, and closing recent business.

This is a high-ownership, target-driven role. You will be expected to build your own pipeline and manage the complete sales cycle without depending on company-provided leads.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients across India and international markets.




- Independently generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Identify and connect with HR Heads, CHROs, Talent Acquisition Heads, Hiring Managers, Founders, CEOs, and other decision-makers.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct client meetings and understand hiring requirements.
- Present suitable recruitment and talent acquisition solutions.
- Prepare proposals and negotiate commercials.
- Drive opportunities from prospecting through successful closure.
- Coordinate with recruitment/delivery teams after client acquisition.
- Develop repeat business and expand existing client accounts.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and pipeline reports.
- Achieve assigned business development and revenue targets.
