Job Overview

We are looking for an E-Commerce Account Executive to manage and grow e-commerce accounts across online marketplaces and brand stores. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling product listings, orders, inventory, promotions, performance tracking, and day-to-day account operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day operations of assigned e-commerce accounts.

* Create, update, and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and attributes.

* Monitor orders, cancellations, returns, refunds, and customer issues.

* Coordinate with inventory and operations teams to maintain product availability.

* Track sales, revenue, orders, conversion, and other key account metrics.

* Manage promotional activities, offers, and campaigns on e-commerce platforms.

* Identify issues affecting account performance and take corrective action.

* Maintain accurate product, pricing, and inventory data.

* Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and timely issue resolution.





* Prepare regular performance reports and share actionable insights.

* Monitor competitors, pricing, products, and market trends.

* Ensure account health, catalog quality, and platform compliance.

* Handle day-to-day communication with marketplace/platform support teams.

Required Skills

* 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce account management or marketplace operations.

* Good understanding of e-commerce platforms and seller dashboards.

* Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.

* Ability to work with product catalogs, inventory, pricing, and sales data.

* Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Robust communication and coordination skills.

* Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

* Basic understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce metrics is preferred.
