Role & responsibilities
- Analyze business needs, define functional requirements, and support project delivery across credit risk initiatives and related technology changes.
- Partner with business, technology, and delivery teams to improve processes, support solution design, and help ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and budget expectations.
- Develop and document functional requirements, business requirements, process flows, and supporting specifications for systems, processes, or service enhancements.
- Lead mid-size projects or component phases of larger programs, supporting delivery within timeline, scope, and budget expectations.

Preferred candidate profile
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, functional requirements gathering, process mapping, or project delivery within financial services, payments, fintech, or risk operations environments.
- Experience in documenting business requirements, user requirements, functional specifications, and process flows for system or process changes.
