Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business from builders, contractors, developers, infrastructure companies, architects, PMC companies and project sites.
- Make regular sales calls, telephonic calls and personal meetings with potential customers.
- Visit construction sites and identify ongoing/upcoming projects requiring building materials.
- Develop relationships with purchase managers, project managers, site engineers, contractors and decision-makers.
- Promote and sell the company's building material products and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices and follow up until order confirmation.
- Generate repeat business from existing customers.
