Assistant HR Manager – Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the HR Manager in managing day-to-day HR operations.
- Supervise and guide HR Executives and recruitment team members.
- Coordinate recruitment, candidate screening, interviews, and selection processes.
- Monitor candidate documentation, verification, and joining formalities.
- Manage employee onboarding and HR documentation.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and other HR-related data.
- Coordinate with different departments to resolve employee and HR-related issues.
- Monitor team performance and ensure assigned targets and tasks are completed on time.
- Prepare and review HR reports, MIS, and recruitment performance reports.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with candidates and employees.
- Support employee engagement, training, and workplace activities.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Handle confidential employee and company information responsibly.
- Report HR activities,



team performance, and operational updates to the HR Manager/Management.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by management.

Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of HR and recruitment processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and team-management skills.
- Valuable problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and basic HR software.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualification: Graduate preferred; MBA/PGDM in HR is an advantage.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or team coordination preferred.

Work Type: Full-time.

Pay: ₹15,641.84 - ₹22,623.48 per month
