Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding study abroad opportunities
- Guide students on course selection, country options, and university shortlisting
- Cold calling, lead management, marketing and negotiations
- Manage the end-to-end admission process (applications, documentation, follow-ups)
- Drive conversions through structured counselling and relationship building, Tele calling, Strong follow ups via wats app, calls and emails.




- Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups
- Achieve monthly enrolment targets

Who Were Looking For
- Graduate / Postgraduate with 2 - 6 years of experience in study abroad counselling or education sales
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Target-oriented with a student-first mindset
- Energetic, ethical, and committed to delivering results
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
