Prajapati NexaTech Solutions Pvt Ltd is hiring a Data Entry Executive to assist with day-to-day data management and back-office operations.

The candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating and maintaining company records using Microsoft Excel and other office tools.

Responsibilities
- Enter and update data in Microsoft Excel
- Maintain customer and business records
- Update enquiry and lead details
- Prepare daily and weekly reports
- Verify data for accuracy
- Maintain digital files and documents
- Update company records as assigned
- Assist with general back-office work
- Coordinate with team members when required

Required Skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Microsoft Excel knowledge preferred
- Basic MS Word knowledge
- Valuable typing skills
- Attention to detail
- Basic Hindi and English communication
- Ability to work responsibly and maintain data confidentiality

- VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP knowledge is an advantage

Eligibility
- Minimum 12th Pass
- Freshers may apply
- Experienced candidates are also welcome
