Role & responsibilities

Incoming Quality & Raw Material Inspection

Perform inspection and testing of incoming raw materials, core steel, copper conductor, insulation, and hardware as per quality plan, drawings, and customer specifications. Verify supplier test certificates and calibration compliance.

In-Process Quality Winding, Core & Assembly

Conduct in-process inspection at various manufacturing stages including winding, core building, tanking, and assembly. Ensure conformity to engineering drawings, SOPs, and quality checklists.

Customer Audit & Inspection Support

Coordinate and participate in customer audits, stage inspections, and final inspections. Ensure timely resolution of customer observations and compliance with technical requirements.

Testing & Validation

Verify inspection and testing of control panels, insulation systems, and assembled transformers/reactors prior to final testing.



Support final test bed validation and quality clearance.

Non-Conformance & CAPA

Identify, record, and analyze non-conformities during production and inspection stages. Assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions and verify their effectiveness.

Quality Documentation & Systems

Maintain inspection records, test reports, calibration logs, and material traceability documents in compliance with ISO and internal QA systems. Participate in audits and system improvement initiatives.

Continuous Improvement

Support Six Sigma, Kaizen, and process optimization initiatives for cost reduction, defect prevention, and customer satisfaction improvement.
