*Experience: Minimum 5 years in plant operations
* Relevant Experience: At least 2 years in biomass pellet plant
* Machine Experience: Must have hands-on experience in operating Yulong Pellet Machines
*Education: ITI / Diploma (Mechanical / Electrical preferred)
- Operate and monitor pellet plant machinery including:
o Grinder / Hammer Mill
o Yulong Pellet Machine
o Cooler & Screener
- Ensure smooth and continuous plant operation
- Maintain production output as per targets
- Adjust machine parameters for optimal performance
- Identify and troubleshoot operational issues
- Coordinate with maintenance team for breakdown handling
- Ensure safety compliance and proper machine handling
- Maintain production logs and shift reports
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
