About the role

Phodo academy helps students in grades 9–12 learn through 1-on-1 online sessions. We're hiring part-time Physics tutors for CBSE Class 11 and 12. You'll take live online classes, diagnose where students are actually stuck, and get them exam-ready.

What you'll do
- Teach live online 1-on-1 / small-group Physics classes for CBSE Class 11 & 12
- Identify conceptual gaps and re-teach — not just solve textbook problems
- Prepare students for boards: NCERT coverage, previous-year papers, marking-scheme discipline
- Share short progress updates with parents and the academic team
- Be reliable on schedule — students depend on the slot

What we're looking for
- Bachelor's/Master's in Physics (B.Ed a plus)
- 2+ year teaching CBSE Class 11 & 12 (school, coaching, or online)
- Strong command of the NCERT syllabus and CBSE marking scheme
- Clear spoken English (+ Hindi or a regional language is a plus)
- Patient, engaging with teenagers, comfortable being interrupted with questions
- Own laptop, pentab, stable broadband, webcam, quiet space

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
