1. Has launched a brand/product before — this is the most important.

2. Experience taking a product from concept → supplier → samples → production → website → launch → sales.

3. Strong e-commerce experience — Shopify or similar.

4. Has managed Instagram, TikTok and influencer marketing.

5. Experience with sportswear/apparel/accessories.

6. Has dealt directly with manufacturers in China, India, Vietnam, Turkey, etc.

7. Understands MOQ, costing, margins, packaging, logistics and quality control.

8. Has experience selling through golf clubs, retailers or specialty stores.

9. Good understanding of GCC/UAE/Oman consumer markets.

10. Has actually owned sales numbers, rather than only doing marketing.

11. Strong visual/creative sense — can work with designers and develop a brand identity.

12. Comfortable being hands-on in a small startup setting

Preferably in golf, sportswear, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer products.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
