Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the CDP/DCDP in daily kitchen operations
- Prepare ingredients and complete pre-service preparations
- Assist in cooking and food preparation as per hotel standards
- Maintain quality, taste, hygiene and presentation
- Ensure the kitchen section is clean and organized
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Maintain proper storage of food items and ingredients
- Minimize food wastage and use ingredients efficiently
- Support the team during busy service hours

Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience as Commis 1 / Commis Chef in a hotel or resort preferred
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
- Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Positive attitude and good work discipline

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
