Junior Technician – Mahindra Service

Key Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle servicing, maintenance and basic repairs as per company standards.
- Assist Senior Technicians in diagnosing and rectifying vehicle problems.
- Carry out routine maintenance such as engine oil, filters, brakes, clutch, suspension and electrical checks.
- Inspect vehicles and identify mechanical and electrical issues.
- Follow job card instructions and complete assigned work within the given time.
- Use workshop tools, equipment and diagnostic machines properly.
- Assist in vehicle inspection, road testing and final quality checks.
- Maintain cleanliness safety and workshop procedures.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and Senior Technicians regarding vehicle repair requirements.
- Ensure proper handling of vehicles, tools and workshop equipment.

Required Criteria
- Education: ITI / Diploma
- Preferred Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical / Electrical




- Experience: Fresher/0-1 years of relevant experience
- Freshers: ITI/Diploma freshers with good technical knowledge may also apply
- Preferred Industry: Automobile / Automotive Service / Mahindra Dealership / Commercial Vehicle Service
- Skills: Basic Vehicle Knowledge, Mechanical & Electrical Skills, Vehicle Diagnosis, Repair & Maintenance, Tool Handling, Problem Solving, Teamwork and Safety Awareness
