Job Summary

We are looking for a CRM & Sales Coordinator to manage customer follow-ups, update CRM records, and support the sales team in converting leads into customers.

Responsibilities
- Manage and update customer leads in the CRM.
- Regularly follow up with customers by phone.
- Follow up on pending quotations and customer requirements.
- Ensure all CRM stages and lead updates are maintained properly.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding quotations, BOQs, and customer requirements.
- Collect customer feedback and update the CRM.
- Prepare basic daily/weekly follow-up reports.




- Ensure no customer lead is left without proper follow-up.

Requirements
- B.Com or equivalent qualification.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Positive English communication and speaking skills.
- Good customer-handling and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Knowledge of CRM software is an advantage.
- Should be responsible, dedicated, and willing to learn.
