Role & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end deployment of new telecom sites as per business rollout plans and timelines.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and contractors for timely site execution.
- Conduct site surveys and assess technical feasibility for new tower deployments.
- Monitor civil works, tower erection, and infrastructure installation activities.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and statutory requirements during project execution.
- Track project progress and ensure achievement of deployment milestones within defined SLAs.
- Validate BOQs, site readiness, and contractor bills as per company guidelines.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, delays, and operational bottlenecks.
- Maintain project documentation, MIS reports, and deployment records accurately.
- Support network rollout initiatives by ensuring timely site handover to customers.

Preferred candidate profile




- Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute.
- 1-5 years of experience in telecom infrastructure, construction, or project deployment.
- Good understanding of tower construction, civil works, and site development activities.
- Experience in vendor and contractor management.
- Knowledge of project planning, execution, and progress monitoring.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, BOQ preparation, and quantity estimation will be preferred.
- Understanding of telecom passive infrastructure and mobile tower deployment processes.
- Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, MIS reporting, and project documentation.
- Willingness to travel extensively across circle locations and work in a agile field environment.
