- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the entire hotel.
- Ensure all departments operate smoothly and efficiently.
- Coordinate closely with all Heads of Departments (HODs).
- Ensure hotel standards, SOPs and service procedures are consistently followed.
- Conduct regular property inspections of guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house areas.
- Ensure the hotel is always operationally ready to receive guests.
- Monitor check-in, check-out, room allocation and guest service procedures.
- Ensure excellent guest service from arrival to departure.
- Handle VIP arrivals, group arrivals and special guest requirements.
- Personally handle escalated guest complaints and service recovery.
