Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a results-driven social media strategy for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Content Creation & Design: Design visually compelling posts, stories, videos, and other content for social media using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other design tools.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all social media visuals and content align with the brand’s voice, style, and identity.
- Engagement & Community Management: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, brand-appropriate manner to foster community engagement.
- Campaign Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, create, and manage social media campaigns that align with product launches, events, and promotions.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track social media performance metrics and produce monthly reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Trend Research: Stay informed of the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously refine content and engagement strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with designers, copywriters, and other team members to develop cohesive campaigns and visual assets.
- Content Scheduling: Utilize social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later) to schedule and plan content effectively.
- Innovation: Experiment with new content formats, including GIFs, short-form videos, and interactive elements, to increase reach and engagement.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1+ years as a Social Media Manager or in a related role, with experience in graphic design.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and video editing tools is a plus.
- Robust understanding of social media platforms, trends, and specific design requirements for each.
