1. Plant Operations Management
- Lead end-to-end operations of the biomass pellet plant
- Ensure uninterrupted and smooth production as per planned capacity
2. Machinery & Technical Handling
- Oversee operation of key equipment such as:
o Grinder / Hammer Mill
o Rotary Dryer
o Pellet Machine / Pellet Mill
3. Production Planning & Efficiency
-Plan production schedules based on raw material availability and demand
-Maintain optimal output with minimum wastage
4. Quality Control
5. Raw Material & Inventory Management
6. Team Leadership & Workforce Management
7. Safety & Compliance
8. Reporting & Coordination
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
