About the Role

We're a social media marketing agency in Vadodara looking for a Video Editor who's plugged into short-form video trends and can turn raw footage into scroll-stopping Instagram Reels. You'll work across clients in finance, real estate, salons, herbal haircare, and more — editing content that's fast, trendy, and on-brand.

Responsibilities
- Edit short-form videos/Reels using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and DaVinci Resolve
- Apply trending edit styles, transitions, and pacing suited to Instagram Reels
- Work with typography and text animations for hooks, captions, and CTAs
- Choose color palettes and apply color grading to match brand identity
- Sync audio, trending sounds, and music to footage effectively
- Collaborate with videographers, social media managers, and clients on final output
- Take ownership of editing timelines and deliver on schedule
- Suggest creative improvements and troubleshoot editing issues independently

Requirements
- Working knowledge of CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and DaVinci Resolve




- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Leadership quality and sound decision-making ability
- Strong problem-solving skills and a quick learner attitude
- Understanding of typography and color palette selection for short videos
- Awareness of current Reels/short-video trends and formats
- Must have own laptop capable of running editing software smoothly
- Punctual, reliable, and organized

Valuable to Have
- Portfolio or past work samples (Reels/short videos)
- Experience editing for multiple industries/clients
- Basic motion graphics or animation skills
