Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an aggressive, target-oriented and client-focused Real Estate Sales Professional to join our brokerage team. The candidate will be responsible for generating and converting leads, handling HNI/UHNI clients, conducting property presentations/site visits and closing residential and commercial real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Understand client requirements, budget and investment objectives.
- Maintain strong relationships with buyers, investors, channel partners and developers.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits and client meetings.
- Handle negotiations between buyers and sellers and drive transactions towards closure.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with developers, sellers, legal teams and other stakeholders for smooth transaction closure.
- Stay updated on new launches, resale opportunities, pricing,



inventory and market trends.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and closures.
- Develop long-term client relationships and generate repeat and referral business.

Candidate Profile

Preferred candidate profile
- 18 years of experience in real estate sales / brokerage / property consulting.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident in dealing with HNI/UHNI clients.
- Positive knowledge of Noida / Greater Noida / Delhi NCR real estate market will be preferred.
- Strong sales orientation with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Self-motivated, presentable and professional.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Strong follow-up and closing skills.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
