Techno Dot Academy is looking for an energetic and student-focused Academic Counsellor & Admissions Executive to guide prospective students and parents, manage admissions enquiries, and help candidates choose the right training and career programs.

The role combines academic counselling, admissions, relationship management, and sales, with a strong focus on understanding student goals and converting qualified enquiries into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle student and parent enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, website leads, walk-ins, campaigns, and referrals.
- Understand each student's academic background, interests, career goals, and training requirements.
- Counsel students and parents on suitable courses, programs, career pathways, and learning opportunities.
- Explain course structure, duration, eligibility, fees, training methodology, certifications, and career outcomes clearly.
- Conduct counselling sessions, campus visits, presentations, and program orientations.




- Follow up consistently with prospective students and convert qualified leads into admissions.
- Manage the complete admissions process from initial enquiry to enrolment.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, counselling activities, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM.
- Build solid relationships with students, parents, educational institutions, and other stakeholders.
- Support student engagement, admission campaigns, workshops, seminars, career events, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with academic, training, placement, marketing, and administration teams when required.
- Identify opportunities for institutional tie-ups, referrals, and student outreach.
- Achieve monthly admission and enrolment targets.
- Stay updated on Techno Dot Academy's programs, certifications, industry trends, and career opportunities.
