Role & Responsibilities
- Financial Management & Accounting: Maintain and oversee daily accounting operations, general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Taxation & Compliance: Handle GST filing, TDS compliance, Income Tax requirements, and coordinate with external auditors or consultants to ensure 100% regulatory compliance.
- Budgeting & Payroll: Oversee payroll processing, manage company cash flows, track operational expenditures, and assist leadership with financial budgeting and forecasting.
- Process Optimization: Implement robust financial controls, audit processes, and leverage modern accounting software to streamline company finances.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Proven work experience as an Accounts Manager, Senior Accountant, or Finance Manager (preferably in startups or growing companies).




- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, Indian tax laws (GST, TDS), and statutory compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally Prime, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with sharp attention to detail.
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance); CA/ICWA inter is a plus.
