About the Role

We are looking for energetic and ambitious individuals who enjoy talking to people and want hands-on experience in sales, business development, and startup growth. As a Business Development & Growth Intern, you will be responsible for connecting with business owners, understanding their needs, and introducing them to Zylience's services and products.

Responsibilities
- Reach out to local businesses and decision-makers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn.
- Generate leads for website development, billing software, and other digital solutions.
- Explain product offerings and identify business requirements.




- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations.
- Maintain lead records and follow-up activities.
- Build relationships with prospective clients and partners.
- Assist in converting prospects into paying customers.
- Share market insights and customer feedback with the team.

Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with business owners over phone calls.
- Strong willingness to learn sales and business development.
- Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Knowledge of digital products, websites, or software is a plus.
