About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic and highly driven Business Development & Field Marketing Executive who enjoys working on the ground, meeting people, building relationships and creating new business opportunities.

The selected candidate will work across multiple business projects and brands in Hospitality, Real Estate, Education, Infrastructure and Business Services.

This is a field-oriented role, not a desk-based marketing position.

The individual will be responsible for identifying target markets, collecting and developing qualified lead databases, promoting brands in the market, meeting prospective customers and stakeholders, developing business relationships, generating enquiries and supporting business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Field Marketing & Market Development
- Conduct regular field visits across assigned locations and target markets.
- Identify potential customer segments, institutions, businesses, organisations and decision-makers.
- Create and continuously update high-quality databases of prospective customers and stakeholders.
- Conduct market surveys and gather relevant market intelligence.
- Identify current locations, markets, business clusters and networking opportunities.
- Represent the company's brands professionally in the field.

2. Lead Generation & Business Development
- Generate leads through direct field activity, networking, referrals, institutional visits and local market development.
- Identify and approach prospective customers and business partners.
