Job Purpose

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven General Manager – B2B Gold Jewellery to lead and scale our B2B gold jewellery business. The role will be responsible for driving wholesale sales, developing and managing key jewellery retailer/dealer relationships, expanding the distribution network, improving business profitability, and ensuring strong market presence.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B gold jewellery, wholesale jewellery sales, dealer/distributor management, gold pricing, inventory, collections, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities1. B2B Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute the B2B sales strategy for gold jewellery.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Expand the wholesale/dealer/distributor network across assigned markets.
- Identify and develop current business opportunities with jewellery retailers and chains.
- Build long-term relationships with key B2B customers.
- Drive repeat business and increase customer share of wallet.

2. Key Account Management




- Manage relationships with major jewellery retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and institutional buyers.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, credit limits, and business agreements.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely resolution of commercial issues.
- Monitor customer-wise sales, outstanding payments, margins, and business potential.

3. Gold Jewellery Market Management
- Maintain strong knowledge of gold prices, jewellery market trends, making charges, wastage, margins, and competitive pricing.
- Monitor competitor pricing, product ranges, schemes, and market activities.
- Provide management with market intelligence and recommendations.
- Develop commercially competitive pricing and product strategies.

4. Product & Merchandising Coordination
- Work closely with design, production, merchandising, and procurement teams.
