Role Description

Nufyt is looking for a Creative Strategist to own how the brand shows up on social. You'll turn product, ingredients, and everyday moments into content people actually stop for - writing the hooks, planning the reels, and working with our editor, designer, and creators to get them made. It's a hands-on role at a small brand:



you'll pitch the idea in the morning, shoot it in the afternoon, and see how it performed by the weekend. If you like owning output end-to-end instead of handing briefs to someone else, this is that job.

What you'll do
- Script and plan 12–15 reels a month - ideas, hooks, shot lists
- Work with our editor and designer to take them from idea to post
- Track what's trending (audios, formats, memes) and adapt it to Nufyt
- Coordinate with creators for collabs and shoots
- Look at what performed and what didn't, and change the plan accordingly

What we're looking for
- 1–3 years in social media, content, or a creative role - or a portfolio strong enough to skip that.
- Reels you've made that we can watch. Views help, but we care more about the thinking.
- You understand why someone stops scrolling in the first 2 seconds.
- Comfortable being hands-on: writing, shooting on a phone, sitting with an editor.
