Digital Stanza is a growing digital marketing agency looking for a skilled Paid Media Executive to join our team and help drive impactful campaigns for our clients.

We are looking for a Paid Media Executive who can create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GA4
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI
- Prepare and present clear, data-driven performance reports to clients/stakeholders
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing as needed
- Stay updated on platform changes, trends,



and best practices in paid media

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Strong working knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GA4, including conversion tracking setup
- Excellent command over written and spoken English
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to create and present clear performance reports
- Ability to work independently in a remote, deadline-driven environment
- Prior agency experience is a plus
