Role & responsibilities
- Planning of manufacturing activities and manpower loading as per norms.
- To follow laid down processes and practises for enhancing and maintaining quality of product.
- To achieve and improve productivity as per laid down norms.
- Planning of material.
- Recording of non-conformities and analysis/ CAPA for the same.
- Maintain and upgrade housekeeping level.
- Proper utilization of plat assets
- Manpower utilization as per CGPS and maximizing OEE. CGPS output: 133%
Rework analysis and problem solving.
Preferred candidate profile
Knowledge of Electrical Machines (Transformers) & Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, Welding/ Metal Fabrication, Proficient in MS Office, Manpower Handling
