About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Lead HR Generalist to join our Bangalore team. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations, with strong exposure to employee engagement, recruitment, performance management, HR policies, employee relations, and day-to-day HR operations.

The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR activities while working closely with business leaders and department heads to ensure smooth people operations and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations for the Bangalore location, including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, documentation, attendance, leave, and exit formalities.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various business and support functions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and onboarding.




- Partner with department heads and managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives to build a positive and productive work culture.
- Manage employee grievances, disciplinary matters, workplace concerns, and employee relations in a professional and confidential manner.
- Support and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, PIP, appraisal, and related HR activities.
- Ensure employees are aligned with company policies, processes, attendance guidelines, and workplace practices.
- Maintain accurate and updated employee records, HR MIS, attendance reports, recruitment trackers, and other HR documentation.
- Coordinate with payroll and finance teams for attendance inputs, salary-related requirements, incentives, deductions, and other employee-related payroll matters
