Role & responsibilities

DEVERON ND (formerly M/S Manav Projects), Ahmedabad, is a turnkey solution provider in Waterproofing, Corrosion Control, Chemical Storage Tank Lining and Protective Coatings for industrial assets. We are the Authorized Applicator of Elephant Shield's Liquid Rubber (Canada), delivering projects with 2, 5 and 10 year warranties. Our clients include Adani, L&T;, APM Terminals, Schneider Electric, Nirma, Ahlstrom, Shapoorji Pallonji, TVS and Atul.

You will be the face of DEVERON ND in the field - generating enquiries, carrying out technical site inspections, presenting our solution to plant and project decision makers, and closing work orders. You will be measured on orders booked and payment collected, not on visits made.
- Generate qualified enquiries from PEB sheds, warehouses, ports, chemical, pharma and food process plants, and EPC contractors across India
- Reach the correct decision maker - Plant Head, Maintenance Head, Projects Head or Purchase Head
- Carry out site inspection of leakage and corrosion problems and record scope, area and site conditions




- Coordinate with the estimation team for technically correct offers with warranty options
- Own the deal from enquiry to work order - follow up, negotiation, vendor registration and PO collection
- Achieve the agreed monthly and annual order booking target
- Grow repeat business and secure vendor empanelment with large industrial groups
- Maintain all leads and follow ups in CRM, submit monthly tour plans and tour reports
- Support the accounts team on payment follow up for your own accounts

Preferred candidate profile
- 5 to 10 years of field B2B / industrial sales experience
- Background in waterproofing, construction chemicals, protective or industrial coatings, epoxy flooring, PEB, roofing, insulation or EPC contracting
- Proven record of closing orders - you should be able to name the clients you won and the order values
- Fluent English and Hindi. Gujarati preferred
- Confident pre
