Role & responsibilities This is a full time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Mandla. The specialist will identify and pursue new sales opportunities, manage leads, and follow up with prospective and existing customers to drive project bookings. Daily responsibilities include meeting clients, explaining project features, conducting site visits, and providing clear information on pricing and terms. The role involves supporting marketing campaigns, coordinating promotional activities, preparing basic sales reports, and sharing market feedback with management. The specialist will also collaborate with internal teams, support customer onboarding and post-sales communication, and participate in regular training to improve product and market knowledge.

Preferred candidate profile
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients professionally and build long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to generate leads, close deals,



and manage basic sales pipelines or targets.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills to learn new product information quickly and help educate customers or junior team members when needed.
- Relevant experience in real estate, housing projects, or infrastructure sales is beneficial.
- Basic knowledge of local market conditions in Mandla and surrounding areas is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site, travel locally for client meetings and site visits, and meet defined performance objectives.
- Proficiency with common office and communication tools (e.g., phone, email, messaging applications; basic spreadsheets or CRM tools) is preferred.
- A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory if supported by strong practical experience.
